Double-layer stainless steel reactor

The double-layer stainless steel reactor is designed with double layers of stainless steel. The inner layer can be filled with reaction solvents for stirring and reaction, while the outer layer can be connected to different cold or hot sources (such as chilled liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling the reaction. Under the condition of set constant temperature, in the sealed stainless steel reactor, according to the usage requirements, stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure, and reflux and distillation of the reaction solution can also be performed. It is an ideal pilot-scale production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.

Product Features:

1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor. Constant speed, brushless, spark-free, safe and stable, capable of continuous operation.

2. The entire set of instruments are manufactured with SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which possess excellent chemical and physical properties.

3. The interlayer interface is connected with hot oil for circulation, which can be used for heating reactions. When connected with cold liquid, it can be used for low-temperature reactions.

4. It can react at room temperature. When connected to tap water, it can quickly absorb the heat generated during the reaction.

5. The discharge port is equipped with stainless steel ball valves. There are no dead corners inside the container, which can be disassembled for easy discharge of solid materials.
